Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the payment paid.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the payment paid.
If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the payment paid.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 10% of the payment paid.

Provisional Bookings Are Valid for 48 Hours
To secure your reservation, please ensure your deposit of 30% is paid within 48 Hours
Should the deposit not be received by the due time, your reservation will be cancelled.

Modification Policy
For any downgrades where a deposit has already been paid, the percentage will be calculated on the value difference.
30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 25% modification fee
14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% modification fee
6 days or less prior to arrival: 100% modification fee
Please note that no modification fees will be charged when changing the arrival date to an earlier date, unless the total reservation value is reduced, and the original arrival date fell within the 30day period.
If the arrival date is postponed prior to or on the date of arrival and the booking is later cancelled, the fees applicable at the time of the amendment will be enforced if higher than the standard cancellation fees.
